I'm extremely disappointed with food service guy. He's approximately 6 feet tall, wears a cowboy hat, and has poor personal hygiene - dirty pants and shoes. Most disturbingly, he consumes chewing tobacco while serving food without wearing hand gloves, posing a significant health risk to our vulnerable seniors.
New facility. There is a staff shortage but the staff work super hard.
