Our family has been loyal patients of Dr. Peaker's practice for 14 years, but due to the actions of your new staff, we will no longer be returning. Following my son's eye examination last week, the administrative staff refused to provide his complete contact lens prescription specifications. I have been getting my eye care and glasses for over 40 years. Dr Peaker and Dr Alyssa Muia are both very knowledgeable and the office staff are terrific with assisting with eye glass purchases.
Doctor Alyssa is great - very thorough with the eye exam, eagerly answering all my questions (and I ask a lot). She was also incredibly patient with me repeatedly failing to put on contact lenses for the first time. Took me over 20 minutes and she never once showed any level of impatience or annoyance (even though I was 100% annoyed at myself). Dr Peaker and Dr Alyssa are AMAZING. My husband grew up in Grimsby and was seeing Dr Peaker since he was a child, until he needed to go to a specialist. My children and I have continued to go to this office but unfortunately, although the Drs are amazing, the staff has changed and the customer service really gone downhill. They used to have that family feel and welcomed you in and were very patient. You no longer get that welcoming feeling. I wish them the best in the future, but will be going else where from now on.
