Wonderful Peak Wellbeing community and great variety of therapies and yoga classes. People are extremely friendly and welcoming. I really feel like home here. Definitely recommend this place!
I was given a $120 mothers day voucher for soakhouse richmond ,as was my other mother in law. this business has terminated its business a short time later abd refuses to honour the massage vouchers and I offered them an opportunity to fulfill thier massage obligations.. they refuse to reply. I either want my money back so I can get something else
Was once a beautiful place. Was taken over by a new boss and the ethos shifted. Don't go.
Due to the closure I have tried to cancel my booking with a refund. I spoke to the owner 2 weeks ago now who promised to process a full refund. It felt genuine and promising at the time. So far, nothing. I have called, texted and emailed repeatedly to no avail, and no acknowledgement whatsoever. I have a feeling I won’t see my refund. This place is so dodgy.
This business has taken bookings and payments for services they knew they could not deliver. They have been locked out of the premises due to financial and legal issues. Refunds have been promised but not issued. Owner said on 2/9/2024 that bookings were only being taken when they thought they could go back in to the premises, but they are still locked out, unable to trade, yet still open for bookings and purchases on Groupon.
