We traveled to Breckenridge for the BRM race. Unpacking our gear we realized we had forgotten our running nutrition and water bottles. We called Peak Running to see how late they were open. They were closing in 10 minutes. The very nice young man asked what we needed. I explained our situation and he said he would keep the store open for us. Anyone needing new running or trail shoes must go see Mason at Peak Running. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Such a great local business. My husband and I will definitely be back!
Non-runner here..I was recommended to shop here because of foot pain on both my feet. I wish I could rate this store -- and Mason -- 10 stars!!! I can't speak highly enough about his knowledge, the store's selection, and his caring to make sure I was satisfied. He is the very example of how a retail operation should be run...attentive and genuinely concerned with good fit, comfort, and satisfaction. Wow what a great experience! I visited this store and was greeted super good. He even recommended some running routes as I’m visiting the area. 10/10 for sure!
I wish we had a store like this where we live! Just walked in while visiting and their selection is insane! Though I have way too many running shoes (according to my wife), it was the first time I’d been able to hold everything from the highlights in the topo range, to hoka’s train supershoes, to the new mount to coast trail — which I bought.
