Had a very bad experience buying home from this seller recently . After inspection, they agreed to fix all issues noted by my inspector but they did not fix any of the issues professionally which caused multiple issues in our home right after closing. Seller is a flipper and they didn’t provide proof of the work after the inspection. On closing day , we requested the paperwork for all the issues, they addressed but they denied to provide any .
