Caitlin was excellent at the initial assessment and she provided a set of Pilates exercises Taylor made for my specific needs.

I had to do an intro session before I could do classes. This cost $132, which in my opinion is quite costly. I totally get you have to access people to make sure they are fit and healthy before they can do group classes but still felt cost was high for the initial accessment.
