I worked with both Ruth and Aaron following my prostate surgery and they we excellent. They really taught me a lot about my pelvic floor, diet and overall wellbeing. Also Alex is very helpful with the scheduling. I highly recommend the whole team!
Aaron & Ruth were great. They were both knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in my care. I only needed 2 sessions, but I would recommend them for pelvic floor rehab. No reason for men to suffer in silence when expert help and consultation are readily available.
The pelvic floor therapy I have received at Peak has been life changing for me. my new knowledge and abilities that I have learned from the therapists in just the first 3 sessions are at once simple and easy to learn yet so intelligent. It all makes sense and the changes are observable on a daily basis.
