I can’t say enough great things about Peak pelvic floor therapy! I started seeing Lexie with some tailbone pain that I have been dealing with for 2 years and she is a miracle worker! I have felt so much relief and look forward to our weekly visits! Lexie is so informative and talks me through all the steps to make sure I have the right exercise and tools to keep the pain away!
I can't say enough about how excellent my care has been at Peak. After spending over 2 decades, countless appointments, and even needless surgery (that caused more complications and scar tissue), by accident I stumbled upon this amazing care team. I started attending pelvic floor PT with Jess during my third trimester of pregnancy, and I'm so glad I did! I learned so much from PT that helped prepare me for what ended up being a smooth labor and post-partum journey. I truly believe that without this peri-natal PT I would have had more complications or difficulty. I can't recommend this enough for others who may be on the fence. I went to Peak Physical Therapy as part of my post partum recovery, and I'm so glad I decided to go with them. First, their facility is great. Super clean, calm and comfortable atmosphere, with great parking. Reception is also amazing super friendly.
