I cannot recommend Peak Physical Therapy enough for pelvic floor PT. Nadine followed me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive in preparing me for labor and helping ease those end of pregnancy aches and pains. After an unexpected C-Section, Nadine was very supportive in helping me regain strength and educating me on the importance of scar mobility. I have had a phenomenal experience at Norwell Peak Physical Therapy. I was fortunate enough to work with both Nadine and Kristin. Nadine’s knowledge of anatomy, wealth of experience in exercise and physiology and empathetic and committed style helped me achieve my goals. I came in using a wheelchair and I came out ready to hike mountains. I had an arm and a leg injury that were rather severe, and the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend, they’re good folks too.
