Several months ago I had a knee injury which limited my ability to get around and I was advised to go to physical therapy by my physician. I chose Peak Physical Therapy in Milton and it was a great decision. I met Amita my physical therapist. She is the best therapist I have ever dealt with. She is very thorough and explained the many exercises and treatments for me including a home program specifically designed for me. This PT place has been extremely helpful in dealing with back and hip pain I had. The staff is extremely supportive and friendly, will be going back if any future issues come up!
I had a great experience. Anna was an excellent PT — she really listened and helped me learn techniques to manage flare-ups and stay mindful of how I move. The entire team, from the front desk to the associates, is professional, welcoming, and clearly knows their stuff. Highly recommend — and the view is one of the nicest on the South Shore!
Peak Physical Therapy is an excellent place for runners to seek treatment. I've been running competitively for more than 40 years, including running college cross country and track and qualifying for the Boston Marathon. I've found physical therapy to be critical to heading off or treating running-related injuries especially as I get older.
