I have had a very good recent experience getting PT at Peak in Milton for a persistently sore ankle. I have plans for backpacking and was concerned my ankle might interfere. Anna was focused and clear in explaining a targeted regimen of exercises to specifically strengthen the ankle itself and connecting areas, including various calf, thigh and gluteus (butt) muscles. Peak PT is a great place. Scheduling is easy and flexible. The facility is well equipped and very clean and welcoming. The appointments have always been on time. And, most importantly, the staff and therapists are amazing! I had Cindy , who was so kind and supportive during my treatment. She knows how to work on your strengths. Shes great - would highly recommend Cindy and Peak Physical Therapy. I went to the Granite Ave location in Milton. Very convenient and plenty of parking.
