Whitney and the crew at Peak are great! I am a VA patient and am working through a lower back piriformis issue that I have been dealing with since 2014. I was in a 2 visit a week program for 7 weeks and we worked on strengthening the small muscles of the pelvic and lower back area as well as a home program to do the same. Peak Physical Therapy is an outstanding place for anyone that is in need of rehabilitation/physical therapy. Whitney and her entire team truly care about getting you back to feeling great and having less or no pain at all. I really liked that they are hands on and not just giving you exercises to do during your visits. The entire staff is super friendly, caring and professional!! I would highly recommend Peak Physical Therapy in Lindale if you are looking for results and feeling better!!
