I love this place, their are so caring and they take my insurance
At first I loved my treatment at peak physical therapy in Royse City until my last two sessions. Once I told them when my discharge date was due to insurance coverage they completely ignored me. On my second to last visit I would finish my exercise and they weren’t even paying attention enough to give me my next exercise. My timer would stop and they turned it off and then just walked away without telling me to stop or my next exercise. I had to wait an awkward amount of time to be like, was that my timer? I sought treatment at Peak Physical Therapy 6 months after lower back surgery. I was always treated promptly and with care and concern. I was seen by both Steven and Taylor and they gave me the confidence I need to move again. They helped me build back my strength to do the things I love. I recommend Peak PT!
Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and made me feel comfortable. The office is well organized and clean. They work with me with my busy schedule. I highly recommend the Royse City office and so happy that it’s close to my house
