I was very pleased with Peak Physical Therapy in Royse City. They were compassionate people who always asked how I was doing and if I was feeling any better. The physical therapy stretches that they had me do helped me feel better. They also did massages on my back and neck and they seemed to also give me relief from my pain. I would definitely recommend this place for any physical therapy that you need because they do help you feel better, but also show that they care and want you to feel better.
I am very please with the care and service that I have received. I really like how the Physical Therapist did massage and stretch the area I was having the issue with every time I went in. After my last appointment I was emailed the exercises I am able to do at home, along with a video demonstrating how to do the exercise. If and when I am approved for more PT, I plan go back to Peak Physical Therapy.
The staff at Peak Physical Therapy are so professional. Now that I’ve been to three other places, including one at the hospital, I can really appreciate the difference. I was in really bad shape after my accident and badly hunched over, but a couple of months of treatment at Peak completely fixed it. I want to give a special thank you to my therapists, Natalie, Ms. АФ, and Christa. I appreciate your support and your help so much. Thank you for being there since day one and for pushing me through this journey.
Natalie was a wonderful therapist who showed care and respect for her clients. Unfortunately, when she left she took the care, personalized support, and professionalism with her. <ETA: Steven called me to talk about this review. What I learned is that he is overworked while they try to find new therapists. I’ve found him to be a good therapist but has too many clients at one time. My recommendation would be to visit them in person and see if they’re fully staffed and you feel confident that your personal PT needs will be met... read more
I’ve been going here for two months and honestly couldn’t be happier I chose them. The staff has been personable, encouraging and engaging. They challenge me, but have always ensured I’m not trying to do too much. Every time someone walks in, they greet us by name. They’ve been incredibly flexible, even when I’ve had to alter my scheduled appointments due to my work and travel commitments. I’m grateful for the staff and support I feel from the group.
