I came to them after my rotator cuff surgery. It was a long and painful recovery but they were amazing! Deb, Nicole, and Matt are a great team to work with. They listen and adjust with you. They’re kind and patient which is so helpful especially on your harder days. They made sure I was staying on track and switched things up as I progressed and even helped me keep motivated when I hit a plateau. Just completed 8 weeks of PT at Peak in Allen, which was recommended by my Neurology practice. I’m an elderly client, and this was my first PT experience. I found a clean, comfortable, and welcoming facility with a highly talented and professional staff. My exercise routine was challenging and interesting, and I looked forward to every session. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc recently, after suffering for months with back pain and radiating pain down both legs. When I was referred to Peak, I was using a cane and could barely bend over; however, thanks to Nicole and the plan she created for me, I feel better than I have in months. She pushed me to do more, but not to the point that it became overbearing. She was very in-tune with how I was progressing. If I ever need PT again, I’ll go see Nicole!
