Everyone was quite friendly and helpful including Zoe at the reception. The therapy session with Victoria was excellent. 5 stars! Another physiotherapist named Matt was confrontation when I asked for an itemized receipt, he said it's a big ordeal to do and almost seemed angry at me. -1 star. Staff need to understand that without itemized receipts FSA expenses don't get reimbursed. I will go there again and see how things go...
I have had an extremely satisfying experience with Peak Physical Therapy here in Allen, Tx. They have been professional, timely and have exercised caution through their planned recuperation for me after my surgery. The team is thoughtful, professional and caring.
