I was diagnosed with a herniated disc recently, after suffering for months with back pain and radiating pain down both legs. When I was referred to Peak, I was using a cane and could barely bend over; however, thanks to Nicole and the plan she created for me, I feel better than I have in months. She pushed me to do more, but not to the point that it became overbearing. She was very in-tune with how I was progressing. If I ever need PT again, I’ll go see Nicole!
Highly recommend!! Everyone here is genuinely friendly and compassionate! I had a chance to work with everyone at least once, but was primarily with Russell. He did a fantastic job challenging me while always being aware of my pain and limitations, and he always had a positive and encouraging attitude which is exactly what you want when you go to physical therapy. If I’m ever sent to PT again for another issue, I will absolutely be coming back here!
I love going to peak PT at Allen. Matt, Deborah, Aiden - they all take care of you so much. They have been so flexible. My work schedule doesn't permit me to go to PT on the scheduled days. I have to call them fewer times to reschedule but they were so flexible and helped me accommodate. They helped me reschedule without any hassle every-time I wasn’t able to show up. That’s the best part I liked about them. Thanks for being so flexible Matt and team. I would definitely recommended this place to get the best care.
