I drove two hours to see Alex and it was well worth the drive!! She was able to alleviate 99.9% of my pain and showed me how to calm down any future muscle spasms. I walked into her office limping and in pain- walked out pain free and w a normal gait pattern. Highly recommend her!!
Alex has a gift. I have tried many modalities to heal my chronic pain. MFR massage not only provides quick relief, it continues to improve days and weeks afterwards

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and her team. Although I don’t quite understand how she does what she does, she releases tension in your body. I was someone that went to the Chiropractor every three weeks or so. During our time together, I didn’t go once. That says a lot!!! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a way to get rid of pain or just loosen up your body. You don’t realize how much tension you’re storing until it’s released.
All around a great experience. After just one visit, the back pain I’ve been dealing with for a month has just faded away. I will definitely be recommending Alex to any and everyone looking for some relief. Highly recommend
