Peak Performance PT is like no other. I have been going to Ryan, Nancy and the rest of the crew since before my knee surgery in 2015. I am a marathoner and any time I feel any pain from running, I know that Ryan will be able to help me. Recently Ryan has been using dry needling to help keep me healthy for the start line of the NYC marathon. The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming and they are truly like family. I highly recommend peak performance for any of your PT needs!

I had dry needling done for tennis elbow on my left elbow. The session was about 20 minutes with minimal discomfort. I only had 1 treatment and the pain relief was incredible. My elbow felt 100% better the next morning and still feels a lot better. The treatment was over 3 months ago. I have no pain performing normal activities and very little when I lift weights.

I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been with Ryan since my first shoulder shoulder 6 yrs ago and have been a frequent flyer since. The practice is just a family and they make you feel a part of it. I’ve cried through pain and laughed through success. I trust no one more than this practice into healing my constantly broken body. Ryan, Nancy, LaLa and John, you are truly a gift to us all.
