The staff at Peak Performance in Washington NC are professional and personable. Their work has already improved an issue with one of my knees and they continue to make it even better.
The staff is great. The therapy they have me working on has greatly improved my mobility.
I have not had a great experience with PT after joint replacements. I fought this commitment after hip surgery but my surgeon insisted. I have a contracted knee joint because I waiting too long to get help for my hip and damaged my knee as well as my hip. My experience was totally different at this facility. We are beyond disappointed with the care we received at this facility. After only two visits, we realized this was not going to be the place to get personalized or individual attentive care. We have been dealing with a very complex medical issue that’s been going on for over a year now and was explained in extreme detail, yet somehow on the second visit, we were treated alongside three other patients at the exact same time with only one therapist.
