I have done physical therapy a number of times in the past and this was by far been my best, most beneficial experience. Almost every time I’ve done therapy in the past, whether it be for shoulders or back, I felt like the therapist was just going down a list and picking random things for me to do. Here, I felt like there was a plan and what I was doing was purposeful. I haven’t felt this mobile and pain free in years. Thank you Dr. Hernandez.
