Amy and the Peak Performance team were awesome in providing physio support. They provided me with plenty of exercises to support my injury and improved my recovery time. The services they provide are of high quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for physiotherapy.
I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. My appointment started late, and the physiotherapist was managing two patients at once, so I didn’t receive full attention. Most of the session was handled by an assistant who wasn’t able to clearly guide or explain the exercises. I also wasn’t given any follow-up exercises to continue at home. The initial free assessment was helpful, but the quality of the paid session dropped significantly. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the cost.
I am currently working with Ami for Reformer Pilates Physiotherapy. I am so impressed with my experience thus far. Ami is incredibly knowledgeable as a physiotherapist and has a deep understanding of the body. She really understands my injury and uses her expertise to support my recovery, incorporating effective rehab through reformer Pilates. Ami and her team have helped greatly with some numbness and tingling in my arms and legs. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, highly recommend.
Nick is great. The place is always clean. Great equipment as well.
