I just had my initial assessment with Nick. I’m extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He gave me some massage therapy and gave me some really good helpful stretches to do. I’ve been suffering with chronic neck and shoulder pain for the last two years and he really gave me some peace of mind that this can be fixed. Peak Performance has done wonders for my back. Katie Spadoni has helped me tremendously with exercises and movements that help me deal with the discomfort. I can honestly say that my lower back has bounced back to the point where I am confident doing the physical things I enjoy day to day. I am very thankful for her and the rest of the staff. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for help.
Everyone here is excellent. The massage therapist is the best I’ve been to.
