Let me just say, this is how it’s supposed to be done! Unfortunately, they only have limited time to spend with people due to the insurance that dictates how they get paid. That said, they are a caring group of professionals! Bill is on my team!
While a patient at Peak Performance, Okemos, I was treated by Bill H. (PT) and Lily T. (Assistant) with support from Chase, who supervised my exercise sessions at most visits. The care I received from these professionals was excellent. At my intake examination my sciatica pain was severe and and nearly constant. After 8 weeks of treatment, my pain was essentially gone. I received the BEST care here! The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Katie, my physical therapist, worked with me to achieve my goals and always took time to explain the care I received!
Katie is the best! She made sure that I always knew what was wrong, how to fix it, as well as things I could do on my own time to help ease my pain. Katie, as well as the rest of the staff, is so sweet and personable. I really felt like they cared about me and my progress. Not only was the staff amazing, the work i did at Peak Performance seriously helped me and I was able to make significant progress to become pain free! Thank you Peak Performance!!
This is an excellent physical therapy practice for all of your physical therapy needs. You receive one on one treatment with a therapist and the aides each session. Kaitlyn and Matt worked with me to listen to my physical struggles due to arthritis throughout my body. They, along with the aides at Peak Performance, were knowledgeable, kind, caring, and attentive to individual patients and their needs.
