This is an excellent physical therapy practice for all of your physical therapy needs. You receive one on one treatment with a therapist and the aides each session. Kaitlyn and Matt worked with me to listen to my physical struggles due to arthritis throughout my body. They, along with the aides at Peak Performance, were knowledgeable, kind, caring, and attentive to individual patients and their needs. You did fine, I didn't do so good. I was very busy doing the nature photography which aggravates my symptoms. Doing your recommended exercises just made my pain worse. Waiting until fall/winter might be a good idea.
Thank you, Peak Performance, and especially Sam for helping me jog again. After an over stretched muscle injury, I’ve had pain after physical activity for about three years. Going to physical therapy twice a week and exercises daily at home has improved my pain and given me strength to continue to train. Two years ago I was referred to Peak Performance for Frozen Shoulder Syndrome in my left shoulder. The pain was severe and I had lost all range of motion. With Peak Performance I began exercising and stretching and regaining strength. But the pain was so severe at times I plateaued and thought I’d never recover. The friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff was absolutely perfect as I expected it would be. I started with Peak Performance years ago in the Lansing office and now visit at the Okemos office to see my original Physical Therapist.
