The friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff was absolutely perfect as I expected it would be. I started with Peak Performance years ago in the Lansing office and now visit at the Okemos office to see my original Physical Therapist. As with the other office, the Okemos office staff presents the same environment as my former office. I love the positivity at Peak Performance. I know if I need more help, I'll be back! Susan L. I have done PT in several places for various issues and have always gotten a print out or a link to access the exercises that my PT recommends. When I requested for this after 8 sessions, she said she would send them through email which she didn’t. Despite repeated calls to remind her to send it, I never got it at all. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend the PT that I had.

I was diagnosed with MS fairly recently, and my symptoms were debilitating. I constantly felt vertigo, which made me stumbly/unsteady on my feet. The strength and dexterity in both of my hands was impacted as well; I couldn't even open a pop bottle and my grip strength was nonexistent. I'm so grateful that my neurologist referred me to Peak Performance. My treatment is still ongoing, but Sam and Chase have made an incredible difference in my quality of life already.
