I worked with Sarah Freeman for pelvic floor physical therapy, and she is absolutely amazing! Sarah was very knowledgeable and incorporated a variety of modalities including meditation, deep breathing, trigger point release, stretches, informational handouts, etc. She helped me set the pace for my recovery journey that felt supportive to my mental and physical health and was instrumental in empowering me to incorporate techniques into my daily life.
