I went to Peak Performance with an open mind when there was nowhere to turn for my life-long issue of dealing with constant nightmares effecting my sleep every night. In just a number of sessions I had my first break ever and have had no nightmares to this date. I have struggled with severe insomnia for 25 years. Despite continuing to use a C-PAP, taking various sleep medications, including Ambien, making sure my room was cool and completely dark, I was at the end of my rope and willing to try anything.
