I have used this company on and off for years. Recently they have made several mistakes with orders and subscription. Most recent and terrible: I spoke to a customer service rep to have my subscription reactivated so that I could donate my 12 meals to a family who’s mother just had brain surgery. I told the customer service rep on the phone the reason I was activating my subscription and the importance of this order.
