Rachel was amazing. She said it would be a challenge but she would deliver. We finally got our mortgage after all her hard work. It took a while to move in because of other issues which was nothing to do with Rachel. Finally we are in but full credit to Rachel for her perseverance and experience.
Rachael has been diligent, professional, friendly and above all extremely helpful in getting us the best mortgage and life/critical illness cover we needed for our big move. She was always contactable and helpful with all the information we needed.
