I contacted Alex a mortgage broker. Was looking for help with a mortgage despite having some debt and a lower down payment. Instead of exploring possible options or explaining alternative lenders, he responds was " not enough assets". I expected more guidance or advice. The experience felt dismissive and not very helpful.
