Rude. I was hung up on by one of their associates after I told her that she could not confirm through my office if someone worked at my location. I instructed her on how to confirm employment and she must have not liked my answer. She hung up on me. Do not get a mortgage from a company that isn't willing to go through the PROPER work. Getting a mortgage is stressful enough as it is, don't add pressure by dealing with people who don't know what they are doing.
