I can't say enough good things about Peak Life Holistics and Rob and Elysse Roboto. I was dealing with a 3 year LONG COVID episode and went to their center for neuro-biofeedback. I just finished my first Red Light Therapy session and found it so relaxing. Loved it so much I just purchased a package! Not only did Peak have red light therapy which is great for inflammation (as well as skin and a whole bunch of other issues) but the added bonus of sound therapy (with soothing vibrations) which added to the relaxing experience. I highly recommend!
