I broke my tailbone and I've come here every day for a week to do sauna red light and cold plunge. It's made a drastic difference in my healing and relaxation. I also appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling
This is a magical place and little gem in Westchester. 1 stop shop for deep wellness. The red light therapy bed and Neurofeedback was amazing. The exercise with oxygen was incredible as well.
I can't say enough good things about Peak Life Holistics and Rob and Elysse Roboto. I was dealing with a 3 year LONG COVID episode and went to their center for neuro-biofeedback.
