I just finished my first Red Light Therapy session and found it so relaxing. Loved it so much I just purchased a package! Not only did Peak have red light therapy which is great for inflammation (as well as skin and a whole bunch of other issues) but the added bonus of sound therapy (with soothing vibrations) which added to the relaxing experience. I highly recommend!

Such a great experience with Peak Life. I had a fantastic experience with my Neurofeedback rental. For someone who is involved in the stressful life of sales this helped silence negative thoughts and even opened creative outlets in my free time via music/guitar playing for me. Anyone who is open minded to such treatment should give it a shot! The owner is very compassionate and thorough with his business and answered any questions/concerns I had immediately.
The wellness retreat next door. Greg is knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions about the services. We have used Neurofeedback and noticed amazing changes by decreasing anxiety and overall having a calmer body. The red light therapy felt like a relaxing day at the beach.
