I used the services of Rosanna Chiple in an unusual custody situation. She was always professional, polite, friendly, attentive, and responsive to emails. I did not feel like a number to her. She was genuinely concerned and compassionate. She kept me up to date on what was happening and what the next steps were. I can't imagine anyone else who could do a better job with estate planning. Jennifer is a very warm and understanding person. She covers every detail and fully explains each one.
