The best gym in Post Falls! Excellent staff, great facilities. Everything is new and clean and the personal trainers are excellent. Quit your old gym and sign up here instead.
Nice gym, clean, good equipment, and great staff. Pricing is fair and the gym has pickle ball courts that seem to always have people playing. Love being able to hop in the sauna after a workout but no more cold plunge sadly.
I Love this Gym!! It's a wonderful place with an awesome staff. My only complaint is the staff is so friendly that you almost feel bad if you don't send them a Christmas card or invite them to your wedding. Joking around but the staff is extremely nice. Also the gym is very clean and has really nice equipment. This is by far the best gym around
I rate this gym at a 4.5 star, but I'll round it up to 5. I visited here with a day pass for only $15. The gym was excellent and had nearly everything you can imagine: boxing area, ropes, all machines, pool, steam, sauna, etc. Where I gave them a .5 star less was the hot tub in the locker room. It was not working and I asked other members and they said it was not working for months.
Huge facility with friendly staff. Came in to do a sauna while other friends worked out. I think they normally have a cold plunge as well but I think that was being repaired when I visited. I substituted with brief cold showers in place of the plunges.
