I truly cannot thank the team at Peak From enough. The staff is incredibly kind, personable, and made a stressful situation painless to navigate. I specifically want to say the biggest thank you to Liana Berkowitz, who made sure all of my questions were answered, and that I was receiving the best care possible. I am so incredibly grateful to have had such an amazing team of medical professionals in my corner, and for helping me (quite literally) get back on my feet!
The scheduling staff, and therapists are quite nice and good at what they do, but the actual doctors this place hires are ridiculously mean and unprofessional. When I had a major injury in my arm, my doctor repeatedly poked and prodded it during each visit, doing random muscle identification on me that was painful and felt designed to insult me. I highly recommend this facility, the entire staff was very professional from the start. They are knowledgeable and friendly.
I am a patient at Peak Form working with them to rehab my knee after meniscus surgery. All of the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I feel like I’ve had very good results. Melissa has been my primary physical therapist and she always gives me good feedback and support to help me recover as quickly as possible. I Definitely recommend Peak Form BOULDER.
