I hurt my psoas muscle back in January and the PTs Melissa (mainly) and John were able to get me the right physical therapy program to get me back in shape super quick. I am still using their exercises and stretches to improve my fitness, flexibility, and strength. I was cleared back to full duty in around five weeks, which I have heard is super quick compared to the average time.
