Working with Marc has been a great experience; he is knowledgeable and helpful. Responds to emails promptly, which is crucial in time-sensitive situations. We have worked with him on two deals and had no issues with either; we are looking to do a third one with the same broker in the following weeks.
Extremely disappointing experience. This company misrepresents itself as a direct lender but is actually a broker. We were charged a $495 application fee and an additional $3,000 for an appraisal that cannot be used with other lenders. In total, we lost thousands in upfront costs with absolutely no results. The process felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish. We strongly regret working with Marc and would advise others to steer clear.
