We have interviewed many candidates and all are warmly welcomed. I was close by and cannot honestly support the derogatory comments made by Allison. The interview lasted no more than 10 mins with Allison leaving abruptly.

What a horrible, condenscending owner, went for an interview and was made to feel.inadequate, am glad my parents arent at this establishment, I have never met someone who has made me feel like this, and they are in the care industry, wasted 2 hours out of my life, listening to this horrible woman

First visit. Very clean and no smell. Staff are polite and friendly.

My father in law lived here for 18 months after moving closer to us from Lancashire. I really cannot adequately describe what a fantastic place this is to live. There is a real sense of community with lots of activities and trips out which residents are able to join in with if they want. From a care point of view the level of service and help is in our experience, second to none.
