I had Peak Beverage at my wedding and the service was absolutely outstanding! The open bar was incredibly well organized, with a really nice selection of drinks and bartenders who were fast, friendly, and genuinely fun (shoutout Lexi and Deanna!!!!). We were required to use Peak Beverage through our venue and they proved to be wonderful to work with. Lily helped us craft our menu and even add some personal touches through our signature cocktails and fulfilling a need for dried fruit wheels that had a long story behind them. We didn't do a tasting in advance of our signature cocktails which had made me a bit nervous, but everyone raved about the margarita and lychee collins we selected. When we started planning our daughter’s wedding, my husband had one rule: there had to be an open bar. He is a man of simple taste, but he does have standards. He was footing the bill, so we honored his “request”. Peak Beverage managed to provide the perfect amount of alcohol for the event, and the service was amazing. If we had any more daughters we would hire them for every wedding.
