Very poor communication. No email address to contact billing. Billing is out of state, and calls were not returned. An email address was finally given regarding the inflated bill, with no response. Quote over the phone was $25-$50. Actual bill was $431. Open environment, so way too many distractions with zero privacy. My initial enquiry involved heat/cold bath therapy.
