DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I ordered a push cart from PeachSuite, which they decided to ship me, fully assembled, in nothing but a cardboard box. As you can imagine, when it arrived the cart was completely destroyed! I tried for over a week to get ahold of a real person to speak to about my problem. FINALLY, after days of only reaching automated voice recordings, they agreed to send me a new cart. Purchased some restaurant equipment online from them. One of the items came incomplete. Tried calling numerous times and would be on hold for 20+ min, or would have a customer service rep say they would look into it and call me back and never would. Tried emailing a few times with no response. Going to have to file fraud with my credit card company now since I can't seem to get customer service to follow through with responding. We order from a lot of different companies and this will not be one of them anymore.
This company shipped a partial order which was paid for by Paypal. After going back and forth with customer service to get a refund for the items not shipped, now Paypal want the partial order returned for a refund. I would not use this company again or recommend it.
