I’d like to extend my gratitude to Kerlyne and her team at the Jefferson branch. Rude teller. This credit union shows as a Co-op shared branch with our Desert Financial Credit Union account; however, teller said she could not find in the system. It wasn't so much that not finding was the problem, but her sorry and unfriendly attitude. They must not want any new customers as we moved here two years ago. There are plenty other credit unions to join, so we will open a new bank account elsewhere. Good grief.

I've been with this bank under my Mother's Teacher Union since I was about 16! Winder would no longer help us which is where we opened the account. Jefferson is hands down best service we have ever had!

I did a request online with this branch and received a phone call and voicemail to give them a call back regarding the loan I was requesting . I called the number back 5 times until they finally answered. The lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that no one called me ( even though I have a voicemail on my phone as proof that they did call me) and she lied saying that they do not refinance car loans ! I called another branch and got the help that I needed ! This peachstate branch in jefferson needs to do better !
