Poor customer service.
The staff is always polite and friendly. They also provide prompt service.
Phone system sucks, they should do better by their clients. Very disappointed
I love my Peach State branch in Jefferson although I find the requirement to remove my ball cap ridiculous. No one would recognize me or most of my friends in Jackson County without our hats on. Also, it is highly unlikely that a criminal is going to obey a sign and remove his hat.
If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude tellers and manager at this location. I am not able to leave my job during the day when the bank is open, so I had my girlfriend drop off a check for me and the teller was extremely rude to her ( I was on the phone with her the entire time). The teller wouldn't deposit the check since she isn't on the account, but she wasn't getting anything out of the account and the teller wouldn't further explain why she wouldn't deposit the check because she isn't on my account.
