The staff are great but there are always issues with the ATM machine. I was not able to make a cash deposit here, or the peach orchard rd branch, or the beech island branch, or the one downtown augusta, ga because the building it's located in was locked. This is unacceptable. We had to drive to Watkinsville, GA which was the next closest location. That is absurd.
This bank is always clean and peaceful. My banking experience is also very smooth consistently! The women do an amazing job and the atmosphere makes me come back.
Very friendly people
They are a shared partner of my credit union. I went in for a cashiers check and was met with dignity and respect. There were no issues and they were able to assist me within 10 minutes. Other financial institutions in the area can take note of their exceptional customer service. They are doing drive through only due to Corona Virus, but were still able to assist me. I will definitely use this credit union for future transactions.
