Had a great experience working with Michelle. She helped with the purchase of a new vehicle and refinancing of 2 others. She worked hard reaching out to the other banks to get all of the info needed for the refinance and communication was great with her. We now have 5 vehicles financed with her and am highly satisfied. Plus the rates are the best around.
Came in around 3:45. Man up front basically was saying oh you have to have a family member who has an account here to open with us… So I told him what job I worked for so that’s when he says oh , well you qualify. So when I first came in I guess he just assumed I didn’t qualify. Btw I’m black.
