Wow, this was supposed to be a shared branch for a major credit union that I use. This place is in a state state of affairs. I’m pretty sure that the disappointment level that I felt trying to use them for one transaction probably transfers over multiple times to someone who actually tries to use them for their banking needs. It doesn’t appear that anyone is in charge or knows anything can find anything or would even make the effort to look for it.
Always great experiences with peach state. The branch manager Angela, tellers, and Miss Charzel are helpful whenever I need something. Low rates on loans I’ve gotten through them for various things. Highly recommend!
The people there
It's a great credit union. They charge fees for things like checkbooks (about $35) and mailed statements ($4 a month!!), things that other credit unions offer for free. Otherwise it's been a great experience. The people are always polite.
