Send a payment request for 89.99 for parking in their lot after they were closed with no signs
This bank's Motto is "Relationships Matter" I just got an $ 85.00 parking ticket for parking in the lot after banking hours. If relationships matter the bank would have sent a flyer out with the monthly statements explaining what their policy was on after-hours parking. I asked for a call about my $85.00 ticket and crickets...... Looks like Relationships really don't matter to them. My account is no longer. Looks Like I am not the 1st one to close an account at this bank for this reason....
This is a rigid institution that puts strict controls on money. The only reason you should bank here is if you want to restrict payments to your kids in high school or college. Other then that this bank is pretty useless for businesses who need access to THERE OWN cash! Its so bad that in order to leave this bank I have to take my money out is 20k increments which I needed approval to do! I'm moving my business elsewhere.
