What is the point of scheduling a ride if you are not going to pick people up on time? Apparently those who schedule a ride through Medicaid gets picked up faster than those who are paying out of pocket. When you are done with your appointment, you call to let them know you’re ready to be picked up and you still have to wait 3-4 hours before being picked up. They lack poor ass communication. They be late picking you up. My pick up time was for 7:55-7:57. I called them twice. The first time she told me 10-15 minutes so I waith for 15 minutes before I called then she told to wait 20-30 minutes by that I was pissed off because my child was already late for daycare. Then she gone say ohhh I thought the ride for Carver Dr was canceled , no tf didn't hoe

They do for friends and their family......not the town. I'm a single mother. That needs to use this system. To meet appointments and work. Very sad how no one can get in touch with them. 100% of the time No one is there to answer the phone. They won't give you the work cell number. Horrible. Please get better. Community needs this. Not just the who's who. I have offered to work at the desk.....to help them get better. 😡😔😔☹
