My wife and I came to do one the “try it” classes to make pumpkins and it was great. The teacher was very helpful and fun. We will definitely be coming back.

The perfect environment to tap into your creativity, get a little muddy, make something beautiful and meet the nicest people. I spent 18 months learning how to throw, trim, glaze and fire stoneware pottery with Eileen at Peaceful Potter. She is a patient teacher and simply a wonderful person. I highly recommend her classes to anyone wanting to experience the art of clay, socialize in a supportive group setting, and create personalized functional pottery you’ll enjoy for years.

I've been taking classes at the Peaceful Potter for years and I recommend them to everyone I know. Eileen is an excellent teacher and skilled potter, the beginner classes are truly beginner friendly and set you up perfectly for moving on to more advanced techniques. Likewise the intermediate classes definitely reflect the skill difference and I love the encouragement to explore what youre interested in. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. If you're thinking about a class I would say it's absolutely worth the money, th... read more

It has been a year since I started my pottery journey. It was a Christmas gift from my husband. All I can say is after my Intro. To Pottery class, I was hooked. There are always different classes to take to help you improve and learn new things. I am now a studio potter and come at least once a week to work on my skills. The other potters are welcoming, friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend if you are looking for something different and challenging to try.
