I wanted to try the INFRARED SAUNA. Kaitlins communication was amazing. The INFRARED SAUNA room was amazing. There were body & hand towels. Plus Cold washclothes for you to use. That was awesome. Some tools to use on your body for pressure points. (Sorry not sure of the names) I was so relaxed after 1hr in the sauna. I would definitely recommend Peaceful Healing Massage. My next try will be a massage from Kaitlin.
Take care of yourself and get a massage from Kaitlin Aberlee, OMG! She has the most amazing hands. She knows the body and how to best massage to meet your individual needs, Relieves tightness and so relaxing. BTW: I incorrectly believed massage was a luxury, but after a few sessions with Kaitlin to relieve lower back pain, I now know massage is healing and important for wellness. I have been a regular client of Kaitlin for ten years now! She has an intuitive touch and a deep knowledge of the physical body. I enjoy her add ons such as the foot scrubs or rain drop therapy. She has designed her practice to fit the needs of her many clients. Because of my monthly massages I no longer have issues with my back and neck!
