Absolutely the worst, most one way, biased experience I’ve ever had. I was never heard because every time I would speak the other party would talk over me and nothing was said to the party by the mediator when the “rules” are clearly stated on the counter. And when I gave the mediator a bad review on the paper she gave me, she called me on my way home and she tried to coerce me to change it by saying she wouldn’t turn in the paperwork if I didn’t change it. She was consistently unbiased, made it clear what our legal rights were, ideas of what would happen in a court proceeding had things gotten to that point, and worked quickly and efficiently.
Pick any other mediation in the area. My concerns were ignored and the agreement I signed was never filed.
Called 4 times they anwsed and hung up after 12 seconds not a good start
