It's a great facilty with great staff but management needs to go . They are old and don't know what they are doing . The management is running it into the ground . Staff are over work and the ratio to patients is bad . They don't care about the workers or seniors it's all about the dollar . Shame on you and you know who you are. RETIRE AND LET SOMEONE WHO HAS A CONSCIENCE RUN THE PLACE .
One of the best care homes in bc . Caring staff, they try hard to make sure all residents are happy, looked after, and they look after their best interests. Thank you !
Care aides" in peace villa. If you are going to be rude to residents and visitors pick a different job. This is NOT THE PLACE to be having ego child ego or otherwise. REMIND your selves WHY you started this profession and Do better were all watching you.
