There is no reason for the civil court actions being taking against me, considering that I have been a tenant in this complex which is named Arden Place Apartments for two years and seven months up till now I have been living there I was never evicted just given a notice so why is this being treated as if I never paid the rent. This needs to be resolved and removed from my credit report I dont owe them any unpaid rent to this property, PDQ has never reached out to me for anything. This place is very unprofessional and have no clue on the law and rights of others. They hire unqualified supervisors who drink and drive while having employees in their care. The young men who work for them either need a job because they cant get work else where and they manipulate them so they just go along with the flow. There is so much wrong going on in this place of business including with some of the Officers and Marshals they are telling these young men that they are band from the county because they either get upset... read more
