Been going here for a few years now never had any issues everything was done at a good manner appointment making was easy it’s a quiet well organized office.
I have used this software for over 30 years. Len and his staff have always been patient, congenial, and professional. I use his Federal, State, City, W-2, and 1099 programs. They are always available for Tech Support. I have a tremendous amount of appreciation and respect for this company.
The gentleman I spoke to at this firm, Leonard Leehner, was easily one of the worst interactions I’ve had in a long time. I spoke to him after my partner asked for a copy of her return from last year and he refused. I assumed there must be a miscommunication, but no. In addition to being incredibly rude he stated the firm has a policy to not share documents via email. What century is this?? I called to set up appointment to have my taxes done by PDP Tax Service. Let me say what I thought i was getting was a professional experience with a good Tax accounting firm. However this wasn't the case. When i went to pick up my tax documents and sign my documents I was treated rude by being cussed at and had my papers literally thrown back at me by the tax preparer at PDP Tax Service and was told to get out of his office right now.
