Overcharging, rude staff, and on top of that the service itself isn’t even that great (or fast). And this is despite paying them tens of thousands of dollars already. Very standard conveyancing work being billed out at hundreds of dollars an hour and now they are holding our legal files to ransom because they have overcharged us and are not communicating.
