STEALING £400 OF HER MONEY AND PUTTING THAT THEIR COMPANY HAD GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION ON THEIR WEBSITE INSTEAD ON CONTACTING PEOPLE DIRECTLY. LETTING PEOPLE DOWN ON THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF THEIR LIVES. NO CONSCIENCE WHATSOEVER.
