Just plain rude. I am closing my account there and don't plan on going back. Natalie is just rude. She said something along the lines "oh your back you walked out yesterday." Yes I did because you're rude. You were rude then and being rude now. And when I called up to complain she picked up and was even rude. Disgusting.
Everybody who works there is so nice and helpful so happy to have an account with them.
PCSB West Harrision Branch is amazing. The staff is simple the best. It’s a pleasure visiting this branch. They make you feel like family. Keep up the great work.
