The teller named Concetta has the MOST unpleasant demeanor... on multiple occasions I have come into the bank to make deposits and withdrawals. Never once has she ever had a pleasant attitude. Telling to use the ATM as if it weren’t her job to make deposits and withdrawals. I cannot help but to feel as if this to due the fact that I am not same ethnicity as her. Excellent service from a "small town bank"! The tellers, Connie and Renata are always pleasant and quick, and Josie the manager is extremely helpful with any type of inquiry. Subtracted one star for no late hours- I can't always get there before 4:30 or on Saturday
The teller named Concetta has the MOST unpleasant demeanor... If you your not the same ethnicity she treats like your lesser than. A person like that really shouldn't be working with the public
