Wonderful and excellent staff that assist customers with any questions or concerns. The wait In line is not long at all plus the drive through service at this bank location is very convenient. Overall this bank is very reliable and no problems or any issues at all.
Unreliable, probably the worst experience I’ve had with a bank, it’s also the second time it’s happened to me at the same place. I tried to put money in the atm after work; 500 dollars, the machine eats my money and spits back 240, keeping over half of it(260). No option for a receipt just said transaction cancelled. I had to wait two days to get ahold of them I urgently needed that money just for them to call me a day later( so three days after I put money in) saying 220 is all they could find.
