Staff was friendly. However as much as they claim to be different than other Credit Unions, they are EXACTLY the same.. They boast about financial success, and going above and beyond by providing member-owners benefits and advantages over other financial institutions. Great for someone who's looking for a new bank, but not for someone who needs an opportunity to rebuild credit.
We love PCM Credit Union! Everyone is always friendly and very helpful!! Highly recommend them!!
