Unfortunately use to be good .. lots of change. Not for the good been with them for 20 years almost now and really thinking of switching everything. My dad's been with them for 40 years and he's started to switch stuff to fox community due to them really going down hill with customer service. And very understaffed for loans . Also be very careful with loans there you will ask for one type and they will switch it on you to a different type.
